In the EIS Simulation, participants are challenged to introduce an innovation to a division of EuroComm Corporation. Working in groups, they have six months of (simulated) time to convince as many of the 22 members of the division's management team as possible to adopt an Executive Information System (EIS). This system is intended to increase transparency and reporting across the entire corporation. Participants, acting as change agents, can use various initiatives and change management tactics to reach their goal.
